COMPANY POLICIES
I kindly ask that you take a moment to read and acknowledge the following studio policies. These help me create the best experience for you and every client.
• All deposits are non refundable. If you are unsure that you are booking correctly or have any questions, please do get in touch before booking.
• If you need to reschedule, I completely understand. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so I can offer your slot to another client. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, half of the total treatment cost will be due.
• Please arrive on time.
This helps the day run smoothly and ensures you receive the full benefit of your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the full service fee will apply.
• Please come to your appointment alone. My studio space is limited, and this allows me to maintain a calm and focused environment for your treatment.
• If you are feeling unwell (cold or flu symptoms), please reschedule.
